Happy Free Travel WOD Friday!!! Today we bring you the 6th week of our summer series!! This week’s travel WOD is another EMOM. But this time, we’re doing all 14 air squats & 7 burpees each minute!
See how many minutes you can make it through & still have about 15-20 seconds of rest. The goal is to make it through all 14 minutes, but if you feel like you need to, cut down on the number of reps.
