CrossFit Level 2 Trainer

Gary spent the majority of his adult life running to stay active and fit.  He and his wife Toby have been married 38 years and have 2 grown children.  Gary loves to be active and outdoors – hiking in the NC mountains, kayaking, or at the beach.  He’s completed 5Ks, marathons and everything in between, but was tired of the monotony of long runs.  His son introduced him to CrossFit at CFP back in 2013 and he was hooked!  Most wouldn’t believe that you could do handstand push-ups or kipping pull-ups at 60+ years old, but Gary is proving them wrong!  Gary just retired from the bank and was looking for a fun job to stay busy in retirement.  With some encouragement he went to get his Level 1 to join the CFP team!  Gary believes nothing worthwhile in life comes easy, whether it’s your marriage, job, or raising kids.  And the same is true of health and fitness.  “Work hard and smart, be committed and consistent in anything you do.”
