Individual program design is often the next step for many athletes looking to improve their performance and take it to the next level. Coaches Warren and Brandon offer individual program design for athletes with specific training goals, wanting to compete or looking to make specific improvements. Individual program design requires serious commitment from the athlete to follow the programming, track and provide regular and frequent feedback of results to your coach, and report your results. WARREN GHEEN | DPT, SFMA, FMS
I have worked with 100s of individuals on individual program design over the last decade +. I am only interested in serious clients who are willing to make a commitment to a program to seek the results that they wish. The programs that I design are interactive and require a lot of input from the athlete in order to maximize results. Each day you will record your amount of sleep, rate your level of soreness/fatigue, and report your results. You will also be required to submit video submissions on a regular basis to receive feedback as well as weekly phone and/or video conferences.
$225/month with a min. 3 month commitment

I am a competitive CrossFit Athlete, taking 48th in the MidAtlantic Region in the 2015 CrossFit Games Open as well as a former Division 1 Collegiate Baseball Player. I have learned a great deal about program design from being coached by a former Games level athlete who also coached other Games level athletes. I am interested in coaching any athletes wanting to compete on a local or regional level. 100% commitment from the athlete is required. Programming will include a detailed overview of current nutrition, performance levels, and rest and recovery. Daily feedback from the athlete about work- outs and lifts, energy levels, and results will be required. Video analysis will be done as needed.
