At CrossFit Pineville, we strive to offer a variety of class times & Open Gym times to meet the various scheduling needs of our members. We offer Open Gym time 7 days a week. Open Gym is a great time for athletes to come in and work on accessory work, an elusive gymnastic skill (double unders, handstands, muscle ups, etc) or technical Olympic lifts. Class times are limited and we don’t always get to spend as much time as we’d like on certain skills or technical lifts that may be a weakness for any particular athlete.
Open Gym is also a great time to make up a missed WOD from the week or fit the day’s WOD in if you can’t make it to a class time. Some athletes following custom programming or individual program design use Open Gym time to complete their training. Coaches are aware which athletes will be utilizing Open Gym time in this way. A coach is always present during Open Gym time and is happy to help, offer feedback and coaching as needed or requested. Please be respectful of others using the gym during Open Gym time and as always, leave the gym cleaner than you found it.

Sunday: 1:00 – 2:30pm
Monday – Friday: 7:00am – 9:00am, 3:30pm-5:00pm
Saturday: 10:30am – 11:30am
