  • How Do I Join and Get Started?

    Getting started is simple! Just click “Get Started” anywhere on this page to book your free intro session. You’ll tour the gym, meet our coaches, and try a class.


    We’ll talk about your current fitness level, your goals, and how we can help—so you can see if CrossFit Pineville is the right fit for you.

  • When Will I See Results?

    Most members start feeling stronger and more energized within the first 30 days.


    The key to results is consistency, so we recommend starting with at least 3 classes per week to build momentum and see real progress.

  • Do You Provide Nutrition and Recovery Guidance?

    Yes! Our coaches offer guidance on nutrition, sleep, and recovery strategies to help you feel your best and get the most out of every workout.

  • Do I Need to Be Fit to Start?

    Not at all! Most of our members started exactly where you are.


    Every workout is scalable—meaning we adjust the movements and intensity to match your current fitness level. As you progress, you can choose more advanced variations.

  • What Makes CrossFit Pineville Different From Other Gyms?

  • How Many Times Per Week Should I Train?

    If you’re new, we suggest 2–4 classes per week to build consistency while allowing for recovery.


    As your body adapts, you can work up to 5 days per week to maximize your results and performance.

  • How Does the Program Work?

    Our workouts are constantly varied to keep things fun and effective.


    Some days focus on strength with movements like squats or kettlebell work. Other days, we emphasize cardio and conditioning using bikes, rowers, and bodyweight exercises. Many workouts are a mix of it all.


    Every week is different—but always purposeful.

  • What Happens in a Class?

    Each class is 60 minutes and led by a certified coach.


    We start with a warm-up, followed by a breakdown of the workout. Your coach will guide you through the movements, offer modifications, and provide feedback throughout.


    We finish with a cool-down to support recovery and reduce soreness.
